The Trendsetter Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Poker Apprentice, an educational Texas Hold’em decision-training application (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App handles.

Information the App handles

Poker Apprentice does not require an account, login, name, email address, camera, microphone, contacts, location, or uploaded content. Training hands, practice counts, and related settings are stored locally on your device when the App uses local storage.

Information we do not collect

We do not operate a Poker Apprentice analytics database, advertising system, AI service, or remote user-content storage system. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Google Play

Google Play controls app distribution and any purchase transaction for the App. Google may process payment, account, device, and transaction information under Google’s own policies. We do not receive your full payment-card information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not share Poker Apprentice training data with third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the App or its users.

Children

Poker Apprentice is an educational app for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored App data through your device’s app settings or by uninstalling the App. Google Play account and transaction controls are managed through your Google account.

Changes

We may update this policy when the App changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
