Top Pick Resume and The Trendsetter Agency are NOT liable or responsible for the data handling, security practices, or privacy protocols of OpenAI or any other third-party sub-processors.
Any liability arising from data breaches, inaccuracies, or misuse of information by third parties rests solely with those entities and the user.
Our system operates on a "ephemeral processing" model. Your data "touches" our interface for the duration of the API call to OpenAI and is immediately wiped and deleted from our active session buffers once the result is delivered[cite: 81, 82, 91]. We do not maintain long-term storage of your original resume text unless specifically requested for local device storage.
AI is a tool for storytelling and strategic rewrites, not a factual record-keeper[cite: 59, 60]. Users are strictly prohibited from relying on AI-generated content without manual verification. We are not liable for any "hallucinations," invented credentials, or factual errors produced by the AI layer[cite: 65, 67, 88].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Pick Resume shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to employment outcomes or data exposure.
You maintain control. No AI suggestion is finalized without your explicit approval. You may use the Purge feature at any time to ensure all local session snapshots are destroyed[cite: 84].
