ChefMaster Terms of Use

These terms cover the ChefMaster app from The Trendsetter Agency LLC. The agency’s general site terms also live at thetrendsetteragency.com/terms. If they conflict about ChefMaster, these ChefMaster terms win.
- You need an account with your email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for that password.
- Recipes are suggestions from the AI account you connect. They are not medical, nutrition, or allergy advice. They do not replace a clinician.
- You are responsible for checking ingredients and allergens before you cook or serve food, including to children or anyone with an allergy or medical condition.
- You may only photograph kitchens and food you are allowed to photograph.
- If you connect Google, ChatGPT, Claude, or another provider, that provider’s terms and prices apply to you. ChefMaster does not sell credits or take a card in the app.
- The free Llama option is text-only and may be limited or unavailable.
- Do not misuse the service, probe it, or try to read another person’s account.
- We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time in Settings.
- The app is provided as available. We do not promise that a recipe will be accurate, complete, or safe for your body.
- To the extent the law allows, The Trendsetter Agency LLC is not liable for cooking outcomes, provider outages, or lost local recipes on a phone you reset. The law where you live may give you rights these terms cannot waive.
