OwnHub Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026. Last updated: October 4, 2026.

This is the public privacy policy for the OwnHub mobile application on iOS and Android, published by The Trendsetter Agency LLC (“we,” “us”). It is written for people using the app and for Apple App Store and Google Play review.

OwnHub is a barcode inventory helper. It is not a point-of-sale system, not a payment app, and not a medical or financial product. You scan a product barcode, take a photo of the item, set how many you have, and keep that list. The app is in the final stages of development and is not a general public release yet.

What the app is for

Information stored on the phone

OwnHub uses a local database on the device. That database can include the barcode, item name, count, date, and a product photo. It stays on the phone unless you choose to export it or save a copy to your own cloud account. We do not operate a hosted inventory database for OwnHub, and we do not receive a copy of your counts by default.

Camera and photos

The camera is used to scan a barcode and to photograph an item. Photos are stored with that item on the phone. We do not use the camera in the background, and we do not sell photos.

Google Drive

If you connect Google Drive, the app asks only for permission to create and read the OwnHub file in your Drive. Sign-in is used for that file copy. Your inventory is written to your Google account, not to a Trendsetter Agency database. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the file once it is in Drive. You can disconnect Drive in the app and delete the file in Google Drive.

iCloud

On iOS, you can save a copy to iCloud. That copy is in the Apple ID’s iCloud storage. Apple’s privacy policy applies to iCloud. We do not receive the iCloud file.

What we do not do

Support messages

If you email or call us, we use that message to answer you. That correspondence is not your inventory list unless you attach it. You can ask us to delete a support message.

How to delete

Delete an item or the list inside the app. Delete the Google Drive or iCloud copy in that account if you saved one. To ask about a support email, write MichelleTrendsetters@gmail.com with the subject “OwnHub deletion.”

Retention

The phone list remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the local database from that device. A cloud copy remains until you delete it in Google Drive or iCloud.

Sharing

We do not share the inventory list with other companies. A CSV export goes where you send it. A cloud copy goes only to the Google or Apple account you connect. App stores may receive the diagnostics their platforms collect under their own policies.

Security

The list is stored on the device. Cloud copies use the sign-in and storage of the account you choose. No method of storage is perfect. Do not put passwords or payment card numbers in an item name.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new text will be posted at this URL.
