Terms of Use

Verifyly · The Trendsetter Agency LLC · Last updated September 29, 2026

What a Verifyly result means, how plans work, and the rules for using it.

What Verifyly does and does not do

Verifyly gathers evidence about what you submit and describes it: what was checked, what was found, what could not be confirmed, and why the result has its state. It does not give a trust score.

"Verified" means only the specific fact stated on the result was confirmed by the named source (for example, that a link ends on an organization's published website, or that a receiving mail server authenticated the sender's domain). It does not mean the whole message, person, product, or offer is genuine.

Results depend on public sources that can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and on services that can be unavailable. A result that finds no warning signs is not a guarantee of safety. Verifyly is not legal, financial, or security advice. You decide what to do, and you are responsible for that decision.

Reporting

Verifyly can prepare notes for reporting fraud to agencies such as the FTC or the FBI's IC3. It does not submit reports for you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Verifyly available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or end. Outside sources may stop answering at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Trendsetter Agency LLC is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using Verifyly, including money sent, information shared, or purchases made, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Verifyly in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
